
Baked Chilli & Feta Eggs

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp TASTEOLOGY Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp olives
- 1 handful kale, chopped
- 2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
- TASTEOLOGY Gourmet Pepper
- TASTEOLOGY Rock Salt
- 10 drops TASTEOLOGY Extra Hot Chilli Oil
- 2 tsp TASTEOLOGY Herb Rub
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Grease a baking dish with 1 tbsp of TASTEOLOGY Garlic Olive Oil.
- Add eggs, dried tomatoes, another tbsp of TASTEOLOGY Garlic Olive Oil, olives, kale, and feta into the baking dish.
- Season with TASTEOLOGY Great Barrier Reef Rock Salt, TASTEOLOGY Gourmet Pepper, TASTEOLOGY Herb Rub, and 10 drops of TASTEOLOGY Extra Hot Chilli Oil.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your preference.
