Baked Chilli & Feta Eggs

This flavorful dish combines scrambled eggs with a vibrant mix of sautéed kale, chopped dried tomatoes, and olives, all infused with TASTEOLOGY Garlic Olive Oil and a hint of TASTEOLOGY Herb Rub. Topped with crumbled feta cheese, a dash of Gourmet Pepper, and a few drops of Extra Hot Chilli Oil, it offers a perfect balance of savory, spicy, and tangy flavors in every bite. Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp TASTEOLOGY Garlic Olive Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olives
  • 1 handful kale, chopped
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
  • TASTEOLOGY Gourmet Pepper
  • TASTEOLOGY Rock Salt
  • 10 drops TASTEOLOGY Extra Hot Chilli Oil
  • 2 tsp TASTEOLOGY Herb Rub

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Grease a baking dish with 1 tbsp of TASTEOLOGY Garlic Olive Oil.
  3. Add eggs, dried tomatoes, another tbsp of TASTEOLOGY Garlic Olive Oil, olives, kale, and feta into the baking dish.
  4. Season with TASTEOLOGY Great Barrier Reef Rock Salt, TASTEOLOGY Gourmet Pepper, TASTEOLOGY Herb Rub, and 10 drops of TASTEOLOGY Extra Hot Chilli Oil.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your preference.
  6. Enjoy warm with the bread of your choice!
