Baked Truffle Camembert

This warm and indulgent dish features creamy camembert baked with crispy bread cubes, sweet grapes, and caramelized onions. The ingredients are seasoned with TASTEOLOGY’s Great Barrier Reef Citrus Salt, Black Pepper, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then roasted to perfection. Ingredients

  • 3 camemberts
  • 5 slices of bread, cut into cubes
  • 200g grapes, washed
  • 5 tablespoons TASTEOLOGY Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • TASTEOLOGY Citrus Salt
  • TASTEOLOGY Black Pepper
  • TASTEOLOGY Truffle Oil
  • 1–2 teaspoons TASTEOLOGY Herb Rub
  • 1 teaspoon grainy mustard
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut onions into thin slices, place them on a baking sheet, and drizzle with TASTEOLOGY Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Grill the onions in the oven for 10 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Place camembert, bread cubes, grapes, and grilled onions in a baking dish.
  5. Season with TASTEOLOGY Great Barrier Reef Citrus Salt, TASTEOLOGY Black Pepper, and a little TASTEOLOGY Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  6. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, mix 3 tablespoons of TASTEOLOGY Extra Virgin Olive Oil, TASTEOLOGY Herb Rub, 10 drops of TASTEOLOGY Truffle Oil, mustard, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
  8. Season the dressing with TASTEOLOGY Great Barrier Reef Citrus Salt and TASTEOLOGY Black Pepper to taste.
  9. Remove the grilled cheese dish from the oven and drizzle with the oil dressing.
  10. Enjoy immediately!
