
Mexican Grilled Corn Cobs

Ingredients
- 2 corn cobs
- 6 tbs TASTEOLOGY Guacamole Seasoning
- 2 tbs TASTEOLOGY Garlic Olive Oil
- 3 tbs salted butter, melted
- TASTEOLOGY Rock Salt
- TASTEOLOGY Gourmet Pepper
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- 1 fresh lime
- 2 tbs feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Cut corn cobs lengthwise into 4 long pieces
- Mix TASTEOLOGY Garlic Olive Oil, melted butter and TASTEOLOGY Guacamole Seasoning into a paste
- Rub the corn with the paste
- Roast the corn on the BBQ or in oven, turning every few minutes
- Remove from BBQ and season with TASTEOLOGY Great Barrier Reef Rock
Salt, TASTEOLOGY Gourmet Pepper and some fresh lime juice - Arrange on a plate and garnish with chopped fresh parsley and feta cheese
