We believe continuity extends beyond fragrance.

Each Onyx vessel is crafted to endure — designed not for disposal, but for return. The Continuance Return Loop ensures that what has served you well may continue again, thoughtfully and responsibly.

When your Continuance refill has been used, your empty insert and its packaging may be returned through the Continuance Return Loop.

Returned components are carefully received and prepared for renewal — allowing materials to be reused wherever possible, while reducing unnecessary waste within the cycle.

The Continuance Return Loop accepts: 

• Used Continuance refill inserts

• Their accompanying packaging

This allows us to honour the full lifecycle of the refill — from creation to return.

The Continuance Return Loop is currently available within New Zealand, with returns supported through our local logistics partner.

We are actively working toward an international return option for Australian clients, ensuring the same care and continuity across regions.

Return instructions are provided as part of your Continuum experience.

Return satchels are designed to hold two Continuance Inserts in their original packaging.

Once returned, each component is handled with care — cleaned and prepared for its next role.

 A way of honouring what remains, completing the circle, and allowing continuity to take its natural form.

The Continuance Return Loop is not a requirement — it is an invitation.
