What is a Continuance Insert?

A Continuance Insert is your refill candle insert, designed to fit your Onyx vessel — allowing your ritual to continue with ease.


How does Continuum work?

Continuum is a subscription experience held within a 12-month cycle.

You choose the rhythm that suits you — monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly — and receive your Continuance Insert in that rhythm.


Do I need to choose the same scent each time?

No. Your scent can evolve with you.

You may select the fragrance that feels right for each delivery, allowing your Continuum ritual to remain personal and considered.


What does the 12-month cycle mean?

Continuum is designed as a year-long subscription, allowing value and ritual to deepen over time.

Your chosen delivery rhythm determines how often your Continuance Inserts are sent throughout the cycle.


Can I change my delivery rhythm?

Your delivery rhythm is selected when you begin Continuum and remains in place for the duration of your chosen 12-month cycle.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged automatically according to the delivery rhythm you choose.

You’ll also receive an email before your next scheduled delivery, and your upcoming order details will be visible in your customer portal.


Do I get free shipping?

Yes — shipping is included for Continuum deliveries within New Zealand and Australia.


Can I add extra items to my order?

Yes. You’re welcome to add additional products whenever you wish — allowing your Continuum delivery to become a fuller ritual, when the moment calls for it.


Where do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your Continuum subscription at any time through your customer portal — including scent selection, upcoming order visibility, and billing details.
